Mr. Samjith Dhanarajan

CEO of JD Education and Training

Mr Samjith Dhanarajan is the dynamic CEO of JD Education and Training, with over 33 years of experience in the education sector. He founded JD Education in 2019, aiming to revolutionize education infrastructure in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Under his leadership, JD Education strives for innovation and quality, aligning with India's New Education Policy to enhance higher education's accessibility, equity, and inclusiveness. As the Executive Director of St. Jude's Public School & Junior College since 2011, he upgraded the campus to international standards, including a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless learning. Previously, as a Functional Consultant at Firstware Software Solutions, he developed 'Campus Dynamix', an ERP solution for educational institutions. His tenure at St. Jude's also included significant IT and administrative advancements. Mr Samjith holds an MBA from GRD Institute of Management, specializing in Marketing and Personnel Management.

Mr. Divij Adon Samjith

The proprietor of JD Education & Training

The proprietor of JD Education & Training Mr. Divij Adon Samjith holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. He has also completed International Business Management and International Business courses from George Brown College, Toronto, Canada. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis Skills & Professional University. Mr. Samjith has a keen understanding of managing and working with people and recognizes the significance of human resources in the workplace. He believes that human resources play a critical role in the overall growth of any company or business.

Ms. Asha Cherian

Academic Head.

Ms. Asha Cherian is an alumnus of Madras Christian College and a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Learning and Development. She began her career at NIIT in 1987, quickly advancing to lead training initiatives for K-12 and freshers. In 2007, she excelled in the recruitment outsourcing space, designing training programs, and leading teams to success. Ms. Cherian has since worked extensively in soft skills training and placement readiness for top institutes like VIT Vellore and IIT Bombay, Chennai, Guwahati & IIM Kozhikode. Her passion for empowering young minds continues to drive her work at JD Education & Training, where she adapts to evolving workforce mindsets.
